Highly knowledgeable about Ethernet and all aspects of networking in a LAN environment including Cabling, switches, routers, hubs, VLANs, switch configuration, layout and design, security, troubleshooting and monitoring. 

High Level understanding of TCP/IP Protocols, configuration and maintenance.
High level understanding of Internet and web technologies and protocols.
General router configuration
Basic (CCNA) Knowledge of CISCO IOS and protocols.
Extensive knowledge of datacomm protocols.
Extensive knowledge of Satellite data systems.

3 - Computers & IT.

Long experience at Desktop support, both phone and on-site.
Broad understanding of operating systems. 
Windows thru XP, OS2, MAC OS, Unix, Some VAX/VMS.
High level knowledge of the internet.
General programming abilities in various languages.
Good abilities with web programming - HTML, CSS, ASP, 
SQL and ODBC Database Design, implementation and programming.
